系统性心理护理对消化系统肿瘤患者焦虑和抑郁情绪的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the effects of systematic mental intervention on anxiety and depression of digestive system tumor patients. Methods sixty three patients with digestive system tumor accepted systematic mental intervention and were detected the change of anxiety and depression by SAS,SDS,EORTCQLQ-C30 scales. Results After systematic mental intervention,the grades on anxiety and depression of 63 patients were better than before (P<0.01 )and the life quality got significant better (P<0.01). Conclusions systematic mental intervention could relieve the anxiety and depression of patients with digestive system tumor.%目的 探讨系统性心理护理对消化道肿瘤患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响.方法 采取焦虑量表、抑郁自评量表以及生活质量测定量表检测63例消化道肿瘤患者实施系统性心理护理干预前后焦虑、抑郁情绪的改变.结果 63例患者经系统性心理护理后,焦虑、抑郁评分均明显低于干预前(P＜0.01)；患者总体生活质量以及各维度得分均明显优于干预前(P＜0.01).结论 系统性心理护理可以有效减轻或缓解消化道肿瘤患者焦虑、抑郁状况,有利于疾病康复.
