The amount and composition of microbe in the rhizospheric and non-rhizospheric soil of Ca-ragana intermedia and its relationship with soil nutrients were investigated in the eastern margin of Kubu-qi Desert. The results showed that the number of microorganisms in rhizospheric soil were higher than those in non-rhizosphere and in desert at soil depth range of 0-10 cm, 10~20 cm,20~30 cm and 30 - 40 cm. The quantities of bacteria,actinomyces and fungi were ranked as follows: bacteria>actinomycetes> fungi. The rhizosphere effect of Caragsnae intermedia on each category of micobe was significant, and the effect significance was fungi> bacteria >actinomycetes. The value of R/S was 1. 15~16. 22. The total number of microorganisms, bacteria and actinomyces in rhizospheric soil was significantly related to organic matter, total nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the soil.%对库布齐沙地柠条根际、非根际土壤微生物数量、组成及其与土壤养分的关系进行了研究.结果表明:在0~10cm、10~20cm、20~30cm、30~40cm4个土层中,柠条根际土壤微生物数量均高于非根际和流沙,且细菌>放线菌>真菌.柠条各类微生物的根际效应明显,且真菌>细菌>放线菌,R/S值介于1.15~16.22之间.根际土壤细菌、放线菌、微生物总数与土壤全氮、有机质、速效磷、速效钾含量之间有显著的相关关系.
