油蒿根际土壤微生物数量及其与土壤养分的关系

     

摘要

对库布齐沙地油蒿根际、非根际土壤微生物数量及其与土壤养分的关系进行研究,结果表明:微生物三大类群数量均为根际土壤>非根际土壤>流沙,且细菌>放线菌>真菌;微生物根际效应十分明显,细菌>真菌>放线菌,R/S值介于1.14~8.19之间.土壤微生物数量与土壤养分含量之间存在着不同程度的相关关系,影响微生物总数、细菌数量的主要土壤因子是有机质与速效钾,影响真菌数量的主要土壤因子是有机质与含水量,影响放线菌数量的主要土壤因子是全磷和速效钾.%The amount and composition of microbes in the rhizospheric and non-rhizospheric soil of Artemisia ordosica and its relationship with soil nutrients were investigated in the eastern margin of Kubuqi Desert. The results showed that the number of microorganisms in rhizospheric soil was more than that in non-rhizosphere and in desert. The number of bacteria, actinomyces and fungi were ranked as follows: bacteria>actinomycetes> fungi. The rhizosphere effect of soil microorganisms of Artemisia ordosica was significant, and the effect significance was bacteria>fungi>actinomycetes. The value of R/S was 1. 14~ 8. 19. There were some relationships between soil microbial number of Artemisia ordosica and soil factors. The main factors relating to the soil microbial amount and bacteria amount were organic matter and available potassium, that to the soil fungi amount were organic matter and water content, and that to the soil ac-tinomycetes amount were total phosphorus and available potassium.
