Th1细胞在NOD小鼠糖尿病早期的应用

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of Thl cells in the early stage of non-obese diabetic ( NOD) mice and evaluate their contributions to the onset of diabetes. Methods Female NOD mice of 4, 8 and 16 weeks were chosen. Thl cells were detected in spleen by flow cytometer. Then the distribution of Thl cells was analyzed in pancreas by IHC. Results Thl cells frequency was increased gradually from 4 to 16 weeks in both spleen and pancreas. Conclusions Thl cells may be take part in the onset of diabetes in the early stage of NOD mice.%目的 评价Th1细胞对NOD小鼠糖尿病早期变化的作用.方法 选择4 w、8 w和16w的雌性NOD小鼠,采用流式细胞术测定脾Th1细胞,采用免疫组化法检测胰腺内Th1细胞.结果 随年龄增加,雌性NOD小鼠脾和胰腺内Th1细胞逐渐增加.结论 Th1细胞参与NOD小鼠糖尿病早期的病理过程.
