广西仫佬族农村老年人心理健康状况及影响因素

摘要

目的：探讨广西仫佬族农村老年人心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法用症状自评量表进行基于社区的横断面调查。结果①广西仫佬族农村老年人躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性等8个因子得分和总分均与汉族老年人有差异（ P＜0.01）。②不同年龄、性别、婚姻状况、慢性病情况、住院情况、经济水平的仫佬族农村老年人心理健康状况也不同（ P＜0.05）。③Logistic回归显示：高龄、女性、有慢性病、过去一年内住过院及经济水平低是仫佬族农村老年人心理健康较差的影响因素。结论仫佬族老年人心理健康水平好于汉族；影响仫佬族农村老年人心理健康的主要因素有年龄、性别、婚姻状况、慢性病情况、住院情况、经济水平等。%Objective To evaluate the status and determinants of mental health of the elderly in Mulao minority rural regions in Guangxi.Methods A cross-sectional household survey was conducted by symptom check list-90(SCL-90).Results There were significant differences of scores in somatoform disorder ,obsessive-compulsive disorder,interpersonal relationship,anxiety,hostile,phobias,negativism, psychoseshe of the elderly people between Mulao minority and the Han nationality .Five factors such as older persons ,women,family income level,having chronic disease and hospitalization were in the final model .Conclusions Status of mental health of the elderly in Mulao minori-ty is better than that in the Han nationality .Age,sex,marital status,chronic disease,hospitalization and economic level are determinants of the mental symptom of the elderly in Mulao minority rural regions in Guangxi .
