老年食管癌患者心理韧性水平及其影响因素

摘要

目的 探求老年食管癌患者心理韧性状况及影响因素.方法 以心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)、大五人格量表(BFI)、医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)为工具,对123例老年食管癌患者进行心理韧性水平评估,初步分析其影响因素.结果 老年食管癌患者心理韧性得分为(55.350±15.050)分;心理韧性水平与病变部位、入院次数有相关性(P<0.05).大五人格中的责任感因子、一般自我效能感及对社会支持的利用度与心理韧性水平呈正相关,共解释了心理韧性总变异的34.2%.结论 老年食管癌患者心理韧性状况低于一般成人水平,责任感人格特征、一般自我效能感及对社会支持的利用度是其重要影响因素.%Objective To discuss resilience and its influencing factors in senile patients with esophagus cancer.Methods With the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, Big Five Inventory, Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire, Social Support Rating Scale and General Self-Efficacy Scales were selected as the tools, a total of 123 senile esophagus cancer patients from a first-grade hospital were enrolled for resilience evaluation and preliminary analysis of the influencing factors.Results The score of resilience in senile patients with esophagus cancer was 55.350±15.050;and the resilience level was significantly related with lesion site and hospitalization frequency (P<0.05).Factors, including sense of responsibility in the Big Five Inventory, general self-efficacy and availability of social support, were positively correlated with resilience.It was indicated in the regression analysis that they accounted for 34.2% of total resilience variation.Conclusions The resilience of senile esophagus cancer patients is generally poorer than that of average adults;in addition, sense of responsibility, general self-efficiency and availability of social support are important influencing factors.
