目的:评价锥形束CT(CBCT)结合显微超声技术诊断治疗老年钙化根管的临床效果.方法:选择我院60例老年患者的108个钙化根管作为研究对象,均因传统根管治疗不能成功疏通根管,应用CBCT技术检查判断根管口的位置,根管走向及位置,再应用显微超声技术去除髓腔内及根管内钙化组织,探查并疏通根管,统计根管疏通成功率.结果:108个钙化根管中,95个根管成功疏通,成功率87.9％,根颈1/3钙化根管疏通率98.5％,根中1/3钙化根管疏通率80.0％,根尖1/3钙化根管疏通率53.8％.结论:锥形束CT与显微超声技术联合使用,对疏通钙化根管具有明显效果,为老年钙化根管提供了有效的诊治方法.%Objective:To evaluate the cone-beam CT (CBCT) and micro-ultrasound technology diagnosis and treatment of clinical effects in calcified root canal in aged people and to provide reference for the treatment of calcified root canal in the elderly.Methods:Our hospital 60 cases of elderly patients with 108 curved calcified root canal as the research object,are were due to the traditional root canal treatment cann't dredging canals,using CBCT technology examination to determine the position of the root canal orifices and root canal direction,Then microsurgical techniqueused to remove the calcified tissue in the coronal and in the upper section of the canal,exploration and dredging canals,statistical and statistics success rate of root canal dredging.Results:Ninety-five calcified canals were managed successfully with a success rate of 87.9％.The coronal third calcified canal had a dredging rate of 98.5％,the middle ones was 80.0％,and the apical ones was 53.8％.Conclusions:using Cone-beam CT and ultrasound microscopy techniques can provide an effective method for calcified root canal dredging.
