极固宁与高露洁专效抗敏牙膏联合封闭牙本质小管的体外研究

摘要

Objective:To observe investigate the sealing effect of Green QrTM combined with Colgate anti-sensitivity toothpastel on dentin tubule,in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment dentin hypersensitivity.Methods:A total of 84 newly extracted molars were collected.The dentin hypersensitivity model was prepared and then randomly divided into control group (n=12),Green QrTM group (n=24),Colgate anti-sensitivity toothpaste group (n=24),Green QrTM combined with Colgate anti-sensitivity toothpastea group (n=24).Twelve teeth out of each desensitizer group were selected for tooth brushing test.Occluding effect on dentinal tubules was observed by SEM,then the plugging rate of dentin tubules was statistically analyzed with SPSS 17.0 software package.Results:Dentin tubules in control group were completely open,while the exposed tubule was almost occluded in the Green QrTM group,Colgate anti-sensitivity toothpaste group and Green QrTM combined with Colgate anti-sensitivity toothpastea group.Among them,Green QrTM combined with Colgate antisensitivity toothpastea group displayed the best occlusion effect and demonstrated better occluding ability after the tooth brushing test.Conclustion:Green QrTM combined with Colgate anti-sensitivity toothpastea group were better in occludingability and abrasion resistance.%目的:观察极固宁与高露洁专效抗敏牙膏两种脱敏药物联合应用对牙本质小管的堵塞作用,为牙本质过敏的治疗提供理论依据.方法:收集新拔除的第三磨牙84颗,制备成牙本质过敏模型后随机分为空白对照组(n=12)、极固宁组(n=24)、高露洁专效抗敏牙膏组(n=24)、联合应用组(n=24).从涂布脱敏药物的3组中各随机抽取12个样本进行刷牙实验.扫描电镜下观察牙本质小管的堵塞情况,并采用SPSS17.0数据分析系统对结果进行分析.结果:空白对照组牙本质小管完全开放,极固宁、高露洁专效抗敏牙膏、联合应用组均能有效封闭牙本质小管,联合应用组封闭效果最佳.经过刷牙实验联合应用组的封闭效果仍是最好的.结论:脱敏剂的联合应用具有较好的封闭性和抗磨耗性.
