脉冲Nd:YAG激光联合3M ESPE粘结剂对牙本质小管封闭作用的体外研究

         

摘要

AIM: To explore the occluding effect of pulsed Nd: YAG laser irradiation combined with 3M ESPE adhesive reagent on human dentinal tubules in vitro. METHODS:30 intact non-carious second molars were extracted because of serious periodontitis. Exposed coronal dentinal tubules were prepared on each tooth. All samples were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=10) and treated with nothing (group A, blank control), Nd:YAG laser irra-diation (group B) and Nd:YAG laser irradiation combined with 3M ESPE adhesive reagent (group C) respevtively. The morphological changes of dentin surface were observed under scanning electron microscopy and the diameters of dentinal tubules in each group were measured. RESULTS: The treatment of group C was more effective than that of group B in occluding dentinal tubules. The diameters (μm) of dentinal tubules of groupA, B and C were 1. 793368 ± 0. 284225, 1. 401832 ± 0. 539471 and 1. 009611 ± 0. 503342 respectively. There was statistical difference between each 2 groups (P<0. 05). CONCLUSION:Pulsed Nd:YAG laser combined with 3M ESPE adhesive reagent is more effective in occluding human dentinal tubules.%目的: 探讨脉冲 Nd:YAG激光与3M ESPE 粘结剂联合应用对牙本质小管的封闭作用.方法:选择因重度牙周炎而拔除的牙体完整、无龋损的第二磨牙30个,制备成30个牙本质小管口暴露的牙本质样本后,随机分为3组(n=10):空白对照组、单纯Nd:YAG激光照射组、Nd:YAG激光照射联合3M ESPE粘结剂处理组;按分组进行相应处理后,扫描电镜下观察各组牙本质表面的形态变化,并分别测量各组牙本质小管口的直径. 结果:与单纯激光照射组相比,激光联合粘结剂组的牙本质小管封闭更完全;对照组、激光组、联合组的牙本质小管管径(μm)分别为:1. 793368 ± 0. 284225、1. 401832 ± 0. 539471、1. 009611 ± 0. 503342,组间两两相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05). 结论:Nd:YAG激光与3M ESPE粘结剂联合应用具有良好的牙本质小管封闭作用.
