Objective To explore the influence of co-3 Fish Oil Fat Emulsion on inflammatory response in postoperated patients suffering from esophageal cancer. Methods 72 postoperated patients of esophageal cancer were randomly divided into study group (n - 37 ) and control group ( n - 35 ) . All the patients were assigned to receive total parenteral nutrition with equal nitrogen and calories, and those in study group received co-3 Fish Oil Fat Emulsion additionally. The levels of serum CRP, IL-1 ? IL-6, IL-2, IL-12 were detected on the day before the operation, the first and the seventh day after operation. And more, the level of inflammatory response also was detected after operation. Results There was no significant different between two groups before operation of CRP,IL-1? IL-6,IL-2 and IL-12(P >0. 05) , however, compared with their results shown that they all had obvious difference respectively after a seven-day observation. Moreover ,CRP, IL-1?IL-6 , IL-2 ,IL-12 in the study group were significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion co-3 Fish Oil Fat Emulsion can release the inflammatory response after operation in patients with esophageal cancer.%目的 探讨ω-3鱼油脂肪乳对食管癌患者术后炎性反应的影响.方法 将72例食管癌术后患者随机分为试验组(n=37)和对照组(n=35).试验组患者术后使用中长链脂肪乳+ω-3鱼油脂肪乳,对照组使用中长链脂肪乳,分别检测两组患者手术前、术后第1天和术后第7天外周血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素(IL-1β、IL-6、IL-2、IL-12)水平,并记录全身炎性反应综合征(SIRS)的发生率.结果 两组患者手术前CRP、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-2、IL-12无显著性差异(P>0.05).术后第7天各项指标与术前比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05).试验组术后血清CRP、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-2、IL-12浓度明显低于对照组(P<0.05).试验组术后SIRS的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 食管癌术后患者使用添加ω-3鱼油脂肪乳的肠外营养能够显著抑制食管癌患者术后的炎性反应.
