小肠神经内分泌肿瘤研究进展

摘要

Small intestinal neuroendocrine neoplasms (SI-NENs) have been diagnosed with increasing frequency over the past years.Patients of SI-NENs usually lack of typical clinical symptoms, so most of the patients have lymph node and liver metastases at the time of diagnosis.Surgery resection is still the only treatment that can cure the disease, for those who lost the chance of surgery, transvascular interventional therapy, peptide receptor radionuclide therapy and drug therapy can be considered.In this paper, the research progress of SI-NENs was reviewed.%近年来,小肠神经内分泌肿瘤(small intestinal neuroendocrine neoplasms, SI-NENs)的诊断率显著上升,越来越受到人们的重视.SI-NENs缺乏典型的临床表现,诊断时往往已发生肠系膜和淋巴结转移,目前手术切除仍是SI-NENs唯一能够实现治愈的治疗方法,对于不能进行手术治疗的患者可根据个体情况考虑行局部介入治疗、肽受体放射性核素治疗和药物治疗.本文就SI-NENs的临床诊断和治疗进展作一概述.
