Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Ilizarov device in the treatment of osteomyelitis combined with bone defect after trauma of tibia. Method Retrospectively analyzed the data of 18 cases of osteomyelitis combined with bone defect after trauma of tibia patients treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015. All patients were treated with Ilizarov device. Recorded the time of skin healing, external fixation and bony union, the length of side extend limbs after surgery. Result 18 patients were followed up for 12 to 30 months (average of 18 months). 16 patients obtained bone healing, 1 patient was in angulation, 1 patient was in knee dislocation. The average extend length of patients was 6 cm, average outside fixed time was 211.3 days, and the average healing index was 34.5 d/cm (21.7 ~ 78.3 d/cm). According to the evaluation criterion of curative effect, there were 16 cases in excellent, 2 cases in good. Conclusion The Ilizarov device combined with is an effective method for the treatment of osteomyelitis combined with bone defect after trauma of tibia.%目的：探讨Ilizarov技术治疗胫骨创伤后骨髓炎合并骨缺损的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2013年1月至2015年1月本院收治的18例胫骨创伤后骨髓炎合并骨缺损患者的临床资料。入选患者均采用Ilizarov技术治疗。观察并记录治疗后患者皮肤愈合时间、外固定时间、骨性愈合时间、术后患侧肢体延长长度。结果随访12～30个月，平均18个月；入选的18例患者中16例获得骨性愈合，1例出现成角畸形，1例出现膝关节脱位；术后患侧肢骨平均延长长度为6 cm，平均外固定时间为211.3天，平均愈合指数为34.5 d/cm（21.7～78.3 d/cm）。根据疗效评价标准，优16例，良2例。结论 Ilizarov技术是一种治疗胫骨创伤后骨髓炎合并骨缺损的有效方法。
