2018年GOLD慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊断、治疗及预防全球策略解读

摘要

Global initiative for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (GOLD) 2018 report was released on November 15, 2017, which was World COPD day. The GOLD 2018 report is a minor revision of the GOLD 2017 report. This article mainly focus on interpreting updates of risk factors, follow-up of pulmonary function, range of acute exacerbation frequency, pharmacological treatment and non-pharmacological treatment in GOLD 2018 report.%慢性阻塞性肺疾病全球创议(global initiative for chronic obstructive lung disease,GOLD)2018年修订版于2017年11月15日世界慢阻肺日发布,相对于GOLD 2017,该版内容并没有太大修改.本文对于新增加的关于慢阻肺的危险因素、肺功能随访、急性加重频率的波动、药物治疗及非药物治疗等方面的内容进行简介和解读.
