软骨下骨在骨性关节炎进程中的作用

摘要

软骨下骨的异常改变以及软骨下骨与关节软骨之间的交互作用在骨性关节炎的进展中发挥重要作用,且关节软骨退变和软骨下骨异常改变为骨性关节炎的主要表现.软骨下骨微结构的改变,极大地降低了软骨下骨应有的生物力学功能,使其丧失了对机械负荷的缓冲作用和对软骨的保护功能,进一步加重了骨关节炎.然而关节软骨退变与软骨下骨改变二者之间的因果关系尚不明确.本文将探讨软骨下骨在骨关节炎发病和发展中的作用及相关机制,从而为有效调控软骨下骨的变化、防治以及治疗骨关节炎提供理论依据.%Many studies show that both subchondral bone changes and interaction between subchondral bone and articular cartilage play an important role in the development of osteoarthritis, even the degeneration of articular cartilage and abnormality of subchondral bone are the major manifestation of osteoarthritis. Accompanied by the microstructure changes of subchondral bone, which greatly weakened the role of buffering mechanism of subchondral bone, so that it lost the function of cushioning effect on mechanical load and protecting articular cartilage, and finally accelerated the process of osteoarthritis. However, the causal relationship between degeneration of articular cartilage and the change of subchondral bone is not clear. Therefore, the study of the role of subchondral bone in the pathogenesis and progression of osteoarthritis and relevant mechanism which contributes to control the changes of subchondral bone, may be a new way for the prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis.
