目的 评定气相色谱—质谱法(GC/MS)测定尿液中氯胺酮含量的不确定度.方法 依据不确定度评定的指导性文件,从测定程序分析了不确定度的来源,量化不确定度分量,计算检测结果的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度.结果 尿液检材中测定结果平均值为0.257μg/mL的扩展不确定度为0.016μg/mL.结论 尿液中氯胺酮含量的不确定度主要来源于标准品纯度和标准曲线.%Objective To evaluate the measurement uncertainty for the determination of Ketamine in human urine by GC/MS. Methods Each source of uncertainty, arising from the procedure of testing, was analyzed and confirmed according to the guidelines of the uncertainty in measurement Besides, the combined standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty of the result were calculated after each uncertainty component was evaluated. Results The expanded uncertainty was 0. 016ug/mL when the concentration of Ketamine in human urine sample was 0.257ug/mL Conclusion The measurement uncertainty of the concentration of Ketamine was primarily from standard of purity for the Ketamine and the calibration curve.
