浅谈科研院所科研岗位绩效考核的问题与改革

         

摘要

Performance appraisal has been widely implemented in the enterprises and institutions and promotes the reasonable configuration of scientific research resources and the initiative and creativity of scientific researchers in scientific research institutes.Because of the unique characteristics of scientific research institutes,the development of performance appraisal program is relatively difficult.There are many problems in performance appraisal programs although the research performance appraisal has made some achievements.In this paper,6 outstanding problems are summarized on the performance appraisal of scientific research institutes,and put forward the reform measures.%绩效考核已经在企事业单位中普遍施行,它在实现科研资源的优化配置、发挥科研人员的主动性和创造性方面尤为必要.科研院所的工作具有独特性,制定绩效考核方案相对困难.科研绩效考核虽然取得了一定成效,但许多问题显现出来.本文总结了科研院所科研岗位绩效考核的6个突出问题,针对问题提出改革措施.
