中药二仙汤对骨髓干细胞增值和迁移能力的影响

摘要

目的:观察二仙汤对骨髓间充质干细胞增殖能力和迁移能力的影响,为二仙汤协同骨髓间充质干细胞治疗卵巢早衰提供基础实验依据.方法:分别将20只SD雌性大鼠制备含二仙汤的药物血清(含药组)和无药物血清(对照组),取10只大鼠体外分离骨髓间充质干细胞进行培养,通过对照法对细胞形态学观察、MTT法测定、细胞周期及细胞迁移能力进行检测并分析.结果:与对照组相比,含药组细胞增殖能力和迁移能力均明显增强.结论:二仙汤协同骨髓干细胞自体移植治疗卵巢早衰疾病具有可行性.%Objective:To observe the effects of the Er-xian decoction on the proliferation and migration of bone marrow stem cells (BMSCS),and to provides of experiment evidence to treat premature ovarian failure (POF) by BMSCS combined with Er-xian decoction.Methods:In the vitro experiment,20 SD female rats were in experimental group,which were given Er-xian decoction,and another 20 SD female rats were in control group,which were given water only.All rats were used to prepare serum.Then BMSCs were isolate from 10 rat bone marrow.The cell morphology,MTT,cell cycle and cell migration were detected and compared between the two groups.Results:Compared to control group,Er-xian decoction raised cell proliferation and migration.Conclusion:This vitro experiment shows that er-xian decoction combined with BMSCs to treat POF is feasible.
