TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE COMPOSITION HAVING EFFECT OF IMPROVING COGNITION, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR, AND TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE PREPARATION

Disclosed are a traditional Chinese medicine composition which has the effect of improving cognition, a preparation method therefor, and a traditional Chinese medicine preparation. The traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1 to 20 parts of Gastrodiae rhizoma, 1 to 15 parts of Polygalae radix, 1 to 30 parts of Acori tatarinowii rhizoma, 0.1 to 10 parts of Cistanches herba, 0.1 to 10 parts of Rehmanniae radix preparata, and 0.01 to 1 part of curcumin. A prescription is extracted by means of a composite extraction method, and as many of the pharmacodynamic substances of the Gastrodiae rhizoma, the Polygalae radix, the Acori tatarinowii rhizoma, the Cistanche herba and the Rehmanniae radix preparata are completely extracted, concentrated and dried; and Acori tatarinowii rhizoma volatile oil and the curcumin are included and dried by means of a volatile oil inclusion technique, a traditional Chinese medicine compound extract dry powder and a volatile oil inclusion compound are evenly mixed, and then, the final traditional Chinese medicine composition is obtained. By means of pharmacological experiments, it is proved that compound traditional Chinese medicine has the effect of improving brain cognition.
