双胍基均四嗪硝基酚高氮盐的合成、热分解和感度

     

摘要

Tri-nitro-phenol(PA) . Tri-nitro-resorcinol(TNR) and tri-nitro-phloroglucinol(TNPG) salts of 3, 6-digua-nidino-s-tetrazine(DGTz) were synthesized by reacting DGTz with PA, TNR and TNPG respectively. Thermal decomposition characters of the title compounds were investigated by DSC and TG-DTG. At 10℃ ? Min-1 linear heating rate, the thermal decomposition processes of those salts showed that there was only one exothermic peak for each salt between 50 -450℃ , and the title compounds were completely decomposed without any residue at 600℃. The kinetic parameters of the exothermic process of the title compounds were calculated by Kissinger's method and Oza-wa-Doyle's method, and the Arrhenius equations were obtained. Conventional sensitivity properties were determined ,showing that the three salts were insensitive to friction, impact and flame.%双胍基均四嗪(DGTz)分别与三硝基苯酚(PA)、三硝基间苯二酚(TNR)和三硝基均苯三酚(TNPG)反应,制备出相应的3,6-双胍基-1,2,4,5-四嗪三硝基苯酚盐、3,6-双胍基-1,2,4,5-四嗪三硝基间苯二酚盐和3,6-双胍基-1,2,4,5-四嗪三硝基均苯三酚盐;用DSC和TG-DTG对其热分解机理进行了研究.结果表明,在10℃/min线性升温速率下3种盐在50~450℃均只有一个放热峰,且到600℃时,3种盐均完全分解,无剩余残渣.利用Kissinger法和Ozawa-Doyle法对其非等温反应动力学参数进行了计算,得到了对应的阿累尼乌斯方程.对合成的3种化合物的感度性能进行了测试,结果表明,这3种化合物对撞击、摩擦和火焰感度均不发火.
