二羟基乙二肟钾在钝感发射药中的应用

         

摘要

以盐酸羟胺为原料,通过肟化成盐得到二羟基乙二肟钾(DHGK),采用红外光谱、元素分析、核磁共振对其结构进行了表征。制备了含 DHGK 的发射装药,采用高速摄影、烟箱法和氧弹法测试了其枪口烟焰及燃烧残渣,用5.8 mm 内弹道试验研究了其内弹道性能。结果表明,用 DHGK 替代制式消焰剂硫酸钾和硝酸钾,可使枪口火焰面积减少70.7%,火焰温度降低400 K,枪口烟雾较小,燃烧残渣量减小,表明 DHGK 有良好的抑制枪口烟焰效果。添加 DHGK 的发射装药能够提高弹丸的初速,并且有较好的内弹道稳定性。%Potassium dihydroxyglyxime (DHGK)was synthesized via oximation reaction and salt formation using hydroxyamine hydrochloride as a staring material.The structure of DHGK was characterized by IR,NMR and ele-mental analysis.The gun propellant charge containing DHGK was prepared.The muzzle flame and smoke and com-bustion residue of gun propellant were measured by high speed photography method,smoke box method and oxygen bomb method,and the interior ballistic performance was investigated by the means of 5.8mm interior ballistic test. The results show that replacing the common flame inhibitor K2 SO4 and KNO3 with DHGK makes the flame area de-crease by 70.7%,flame temperature reduce by 400 K,muzzle flame and smoke and combustion residue decrease,re-vealing that DHGK has better effect on the decrease of muzzle flame and smoke.The gun propellant charge adding DHGK can enhance the muzzle velocity and has good interior ballistic stability.
