目的 探讨B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2(bcl-2)、半胱氨酰天冬氨酸特异性蛋白酶(Caspase)-3在不同级别脑胶质瘤中的表达及其意义.方法 采用免疫组织化学法检测60例脑胶质瘤和11例正常脑组织中bcl-2、Caspase-3蛋白表达.结果 bcl-2在正常脑组织、低、高级别胶质瘤组表达阳性率分别为9%、78%、100%,两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Caspase-3表达阳性率分别为0%、100%、84%,两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);bcl-2、Caspase-3在肿瘤组表达呈负相关(r=-0.814,P<0.05).结论 在胶质瘤中bcl-2表达增高,通过抑制Caspase-3表达,失去对细胞周期的调控,促进胶质瘤的增殖和恶性进展.%Objective To investigate the significance and expression of B cell lymphoma/leukemia-2 (bcl-2) and cysteinyl aspartate-specific protease (Caspase)-3 in human gliomas of different grades.Methods The expression of bcl-2 and Casepase-3 in 60 cases of human gliomas and 11 cases of normal brain tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results In normal brain tissue group,low-grade gliomas group and high-grade gliomas group,the positive expression rate of bcl-2 was 9%,78% and 100%,respectively,and that of Caspase-3 was 0%,100% and 84%,respectively.There were significant differences in the expression levels of bcl-2 and Caspase-3 among the three groups (P < 0.01).There was a negative correlation between protein of bcl-2 and Caspase-3 in gliomas (r =-0.814,P < 0.05).Conclusion The up-regulation of bcl-2 promotes proliferation and malignant progress of gliomas by inhibiting the Caspase-3 expression and losing the moduation of cell cycle.
