膝关节粘连的预防和治疗研究进展

摘要

Recently,with the wide performance of total knee arthroplasty,the rate of knee joint adhesion is gradually increasing.Knee joint adhesions has been plagued by orthopedic surgeons.The researchers from all over the world has developed extensive studies on this topic.The present review decribed the current status of knee intra-articular adhesion and its future trends by retrievaling and analyzing the literatures from Pubmed,CNKI,and Wanfang databases.After literatures review,an optimal solution has yet to be discovered or published.With the development of polymer materials and agent research,there could be a potential strategy for their combination.%近年来随着全膝关节置换术的开展,膝关节粘连的发病率呈现了逐渐升高的趋势.笔者通过Pubmed、CNKI、万方等数据库进行文献检索,并进行分析总结.目前膝关节粘连的预防仍在研究初期,无论在基础研究还是临床治疗方面,尚未有满意的治疗方式.随着高分子材料技术和药物拓展的研究,以生物材料为载体,以药物为治疗手段,两者结合将有望为患者提供一种新的治疗方式.
