摘要:
目的:探讨数字化宣教模式在膝关节粘连术后康复中的应用效果。方法纳入我院2014年8月-2016年4月在关节外科住院因伸屈装置粘连行膝关节松解术的患者92例,按照随机方法将患者平均分为观察组与对照组各46例,其中对照组给予常规人为护理宣教,观察组给予数字化宣教模式康复治疗,随访6个月,采用改良HSS膝关节评分系统评估关节活动度及功能。结果对比术后患者康复总体疗效,观察组优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经3个月治疗后,进行HSS膝关节评分,观察组患者在疼痛强度、不稳定、行走辅助、行走距离、伸直不足、屈曲、肿胀等各项评分均优于对照组(t=9.200,P=0.000;t=9.804,P=0.000;t=7.787,P=0.000;t=4.920,P=0.000;t=14.254,P=0.000;t=10.625,P=0.000;t=9.163, P=0.000)。结论数字化宣教模式促进膝关节粘连的术后恢复,并改善膝关节功能。%Objective To investigate the effect of digital education model in the rehabilitation of postoperative adhesion of knee joint.Methods From August 2014 to April 2016, 92 patients who underwent knee joint dislocation due to flexion and extension device were divided into observation group and control group (46 patients) according to random method. And the control group was given conventional nursing education. The observation group was given rehabilitation training of digital education model. Followed up for 6 months, the modified HSS knee joint scoring system was used to evaluate the range of motion and function.Results The overall effect of observation group was better than that of control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the score of HSS knee, Patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group in pain intensity, instability, walking assistance, walking distance, lack of extension, lfexion, swelling, etc(t=9.200,P=0.000,t=9.804,P=0.000, t=7.787,P=0.000, t=4.920, P=0.000, t=14.254, P=0.000, t=10.625, P=0.000, t=9.163, P=0.000). Conclusion The digital model promotes the postoperative recovery of knee joint and improves the knee joint function.
