巨细胞病毒性视网膜炎诊断和治疗的研究进展

摘要

Cytomegalovirus retinitis (CMVR) is the most frequently encountered ocular opportunistic infection in patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS).In the absence of accurate diagnosis and effective treatment,CMVR can cause different degree of ocular injury and even blindness in AIDS patients.Therefore,the early diagnosis and timely treatment of CMVR is particularly important.This article aims to review the progress in research on the clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment drugs of CMVR.%巨细胞病毒性视网膜炎(cytomegalovirus retinitis,CMVR)是艾滋病患者最常见的眼部机会性感染,在缺乏准确诊断和有效治疗的情况下,会给患者造成不同程度的眼部损伤甚至失明,故CMVR的早期诊断和及时治疗尤为重要.为此本文将从CMVR的临床表现、诊断方法以及治疗药物等方面进行综述.
