米力农雾化吸入对心力衰竭患儿的临床疗效分析

     

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of milrinone inhalation on heart function in children with heart failure for 7 days. Methods A total of 50 children with heart failure who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology of Beijing Children's Hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were enrolled. The patients were treated with conventional anti-heart failure treatment. The heart rate, respiration, blood pressure, brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), cardiac function index and adverse reactions during treatment were recorded before and after treatment with milrinone. Results After 7 days of milrinone inhalation treatment, the effective rate was 48.0%, the effective rate was 42.0%, and the total effective rate was 90.0%. Compared with milrinone before nebulization, the left ventricular ejection fraction after nebulization (t=3.718, P<0.05), the difference of BNP was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in heart rate and blood pressure (P>0.05). Conclusion Short term nebulization of milrinone treatment can improve the heart function in children with heart failure. It is a safe and effective, with high compliance and promotion method.%目的 探讨米力农雾化吸入治疗7 d对心力衰竭患儿心功能的影响.方法 选取2015年6月~2017年6月于北京儿童医院心内科就诊的50例心力衰竭患儿为研究对象,在常规抗心力衰竭治疗基础上给予米力农雾化吸入治疗.记录米力农雾化吸入治疗前后患儿心率、呼吸、血压、脑钠肽(BNP)、心功能指标变化及治疗期间不良反应发生情况.结果 米力农雾化吸入治疗7 d后显效率为48.0%,有效率为42.0%,总有效率为90.0%.与米力农雾化吸入前相比,雾化吸入后左室射血分数(t=3.718,P<0.05)、BNP比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),心率、血压比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 短期雾化吸入米力农能够改善心功能,在儿童心力衰竭的治疗上是一种安全有效、依从性高、可推广的方法.
