悬垂搅拌轴轴承间距合理范围的研究

         

摘要

为了确保搅拌系统的稳定悬垂搅拌轴的轴偏角控制在一定范围内,可通过调整轴承间距来实现.根据轴偏角主要是由搅拌轴弯矩及轴承游隙引起的,推导出轴承间距与轴径比值和轴偏角的无量纲关系式,从而得出关系曲线.综合分析关系曲线得出轴承间距不宜过长或过短,它的合理范围一般是轴径的2.5~5.5倍.对于各种不同许用切应力的搅拌轴在确定轴径后所对应的轴承间距具体合理范围,可在研究所得的关系曲线图上查得.研究结果为搅拌轴设计中合理选择轴承间距提供了重要理论依据.%In order to ensure the stability of the mixing system, the deflection angle of vertical agitator shaft must be controlled in a certain range by adjusting the bearing spacing. Since the shaft deflection angle is mainly caused by bending moment and bearing clearance, the dimensionless relational expression and the relation curve between shaft deflection angle and ratio of bearing spacing to shaft diameter was derived. The conclusion from synthetical analysis of the relation curve is the reasonable scope of the bearing spacing can't be too long or too short. Generally speaking,it is about 2. 5-5.5 times the size of shaft diameter. Known the diameter of agitator shaft, relation curves of different kinds of allowable shear stresses were provided to find the specific reasonable scope of the bearing spacing. Theory foundation may be provided for design of agitator shaft by derivation and analysis results to select the reasonable scope of bearing spacing.
