800 W开关磁阻电机能量回收

     

摘要

In order to solve the problem that battery life is not long and energy efficiency is low, the method for improving the energy recovery efficiency in electronic operation is offered. The mathematic model of SRM is established on the basis of a 800 W SRM model. In this model,the APC( Angle Position Control) control method is used. The best turn-on and turn-off angle in the light and heavy load conditions are obtained through MATLAB-simulation. The energy efficiency increase 5 percent respectively in the heavy load and high speed or low speed, 14.5 percent in the fractional load and high speed,2 percent in the fractional load and low speed. This is instructive to improve the efficiency of energy recovery reduce the cost.%为解决电池续航里程小,能量利用率不高的问题,提出了在电动运行阶段提高回流时能量回收效率的方法。以800 W开关磁阻电机为实例,建立开关磁阻电机数学模型,主要用角度位置控制方法,通过系统仿真得到800 W开关磁阻电机的重载和轻载情况下的回收效率最大的最优开通关断角。仿真结果说明能量回收效率在重载高速、低速时均提高了5%,轻载高速时提高了14.5%,轻载低速时提高了2%。证明了此方法的有效性,对提高能量利用率具有重要意义。
