一种用于移动通信四频合路器

     

摘要

A design method of combiner based on common cavity is presented to reduce the size of combiner. First, coupling coefficient of each passband can be calculated by generalized Chebyshev function. Then circuit simulation software AWR is used to optimize the circuit model and extract the coupling matrix of the combiner.Finally ,the physical dimensions are extracted with electromagnetic field simulation software HFSS and a combiner used for base station was made. The measured results show the IL is less than 1.6 dB in the passband of 820 MHz to 880 MHz and the out-of-band rejection level is larger than 40 dB at the frequency of 890 MHz. The measured results matches with the simulation well and the combiner has high practical value.%为缩小合路器尺寸,提出一种基于公共腔体的合路器的设计方法.采用广义切比雪夫函数求解出支路滤波器的耦合系数,使用AWR电路仿真软件对合路器电路模型进行优化,提取出合路器的耦合矩阵.最后运用电磁仿真软件HFSS提取出物理尺寸,加工出一款基站用四频合路器.实测结果表明,该器件在通带820~880 MHz的损耗小于1.6 dB,带外抑制大于40 dB@890 MHz,与仿真结果吻合较好,具有很大的实用价值.
