ABS调节器检测仪的嵌入式系统设计

     

摘要

针对目前ABS调节器检测设备功耗高、成本高的问题,研制了一套基于嵌入式技术的ABS调节器的动态性能检测系统.该检测系统以ARM芯片Cortex-A9为控制核心;采用Linux操作系统作为应用程序的开发平台;使用软件Qt5.3.2实现了友好的人机交互;完成了对ABS调节器动态性能的测量.完成了对ABS调节器动态性能的测量.通过大量的试验得出该检测系统的各单项性能测量能力指标Cg为1.7~8.3.测量结果均大于1.67,符合JB/T10633—2006中对新设备的验收要求.采用嵌入式系统,减少了检测设备的能耗,降低了成本.%In view of the problem that ABS regulator detection equipment volume is high power consumption,and high cost at present,a set of ABS regulator dynamic performance testing system based on embedded technology is developed. The system is designed in modular with the ARM chip architecture A9 as the core;Embedded Linux operation system is used as the software application development platform;The powerful graphical software Qt5.3.2 realizes friendly human-computer interaction environment. The dynamic performance of the ABS regulator is meas-ured. Through a large number of experiments,it is concluded that the performance index Cg of this system is 1.7~8.3. The measurement results are that Cg is more than 1. 67 meeting the new equipment requirements of JB/T10633—2006. The adoption of the embedded system reduces the power consumption of the ABS regulator detection equipment and the cost.
