基于CompactRIO的车载电平衡测试系统

         

摘要

汽车电气系统的电量平衡表示的是汽车交流发电机(电动汽车是DC-DC)产生的电量能够满足蓄电池和其他用电设备的需求并且有余量.对其进行验证测试能够保证车辆在任何工况下面都能够正常启动和正常行驶,不仅能够实现蓄电池和整车用电设备的优化匹配,还能延长发电机的使用寿命,在构建新车型电器系统和车型评定方面有很大研究价值.因此,研发了一种基于CompactRIO的电平衡验证测试系统,并根据测试规范规定的行车工况,对某电动汽车进行实车验证,实验结果表明此系统科学可行,具有高精度高实时性等特点.%Automotive electrical system''s energy balance represents that electric quantity generated by alternator(electric cars are DC-DC)should be satisfied with the battery and other electrical equipment''s requirement and have a margin.Electric balance verification tests ensure that vehicles are able to start and operate normally in some driving conditions.It is not only optimized vehicle electrical equipment and batteries,but also extended the life of generator,which have great research value in building electrical system of new vehicle model and vehicle assessments,an electrical balance verification test system should be designed based on CompactRIO.The vehicle test experiment on electric car is taken according to the driving conditions of the test specification.The experimental results show the system is scientific and feasible,which has high precision and high real-time characteristics.
