我院2012年住院医嘱抗菌药物专项点评结果分析

摘要

Objective:To analyze the application of antibacterial agents in inpatient prescriptions of our hospital from April to September of 2012, in order to provide references for rational use of antibacterial agents in clinic. Methods:The medical records of inpatients were randomly selected for evaluation of the rationality of inpatient prescriptions and analysis of the utilization of antibacterial drugs. Results: There were 546 medical records collected in the evaluation, 197 records were for the prophylactic use of antibacterial agents and 349 records for therapeutic use. There were 65 medical records with medication errors, accounting for 11.9%of all evaluated medical records. The accumulated number of errors were 111, and 14 terms were unreasonable prophylactic use of antibacterials, accounting for 7.1%, and 97 terms were unreasonable therapeutic use, accounting for 27.8%. Conclusion:Unreasonable use of antibacterial agents appeared various forms in inpatient prescriptions, especially in usage and dosage of antibacterial agents. Supervision and training should be strengthened for improving rational use of antibacterial agents.%　　目的：分析我院2012年4–9月住院医嘱中抗菌药物的使用情况，为临床抗菌药物的合理使用提供参考。方法：以随机抽样法对住院医嘱的适宜性进行点评，分析住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况。结果：共点评546份病历医嘱，其中，197份预防性使用抗菌药物，349份治疗性使用抗菌药物。共有65份病历出现用药错误，占所抽查病历数的11.9%。错误累计111条，其中预防用药不合理14条，占7.1%；治疗性用药不合理97条，占27.8%。结论：住院患者抗菌药物不合理使用的表现形式多样，尤以抗菌药物用法用量问题突出。应加强对抗菌药物合理应用的培训与监督，以提高抗菌药物合理应用水平。
