马来酸桂哌齐特注射液的临床应用分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical application of cinepazide maleate injection in our hospital, and provide reference for rational drug use in clinic.Methods:Data of 550 cases using cinepazide maleate injection were retrospectively analyzed. Clinical diagnosis, single dose, dispensing solvent, dosage frequency, course of treatment, drug combination and adverse drug reaction were analyzed statistically.Results: A total of 550 cases using cinepazide maleate injection was distributed in a total of 20 clinical departments, 97.82% cases used cinepazide maleate injection with the correct single dose. About 7.64% cases used cinepazide maleate injection without indication and 98.00% cases used cinepazide maleate injection with inappropriate solvent. Conclusion:Some problems exist in the use of cinepazide maleate injection in our hospital. We suggested that clinical physicians and nurses should be in strict accordance with the drug instructions, in order to improve drug efifcacy and ensure the drug safety of patient.%目的：探讨马来酸桂哌齐特注射液在我院的应用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：采用回顾性研究方法，抽取2014年度在我院使用马来酸桂哌齐特注射液的病历，共计550份，采用Excel表格对临床诊断、单次用量、溶媒、给药频次、用药疗程、联合用药及不良反应等情况进行统计分析。结果：550份病历中，共有20个临床科室使用了马来酸桂哌齐特注射液，临床应用中单次用药量规范率为97.82%，无适应证用药率为7.64%，配药溶媒存在使用不规范现象，不规范率为98.00%。结论：我院在马来酸桂哌齐特注射液的使用中存在一定不足，建议临床医师及护士严格按照药品说明书用药，以提高药物疗效，确保患者用药安全。
