新疆不同驻地官兵职业倦怠状况调查分析

         

摘要

目的:调查了解新疆部队官兵不同地域职业倦怠差异性,为维护其心身健康提供理论依据。方法随机整群抽取新疆不同驻地官兵1452例,采用军人职业倦怠量表对其职业倦怠状况进行测评。结果驻城市(乌鲁木齐)官兵职业倦怠总分及各因子分值均低于驻南疆边远地区官兵和驻北疆戈壁地区部队官兵(P﹤0.01);驻南疆边远地区官兵自我评价因子分值高于驻北疆戈壁地区官兵(P﹤0.05),人际关系因子分值低于驻北疆戈壁地区官兵(P﹤0.01)。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,影响新疆不同驻地官兵职业倦怠的共同因素是军龄、独生子女,占共解释总变异的19.0%。结论驻城市官兵职业倦怠程度较低。影响新疆部队不同驻地官兵职业倦怠的重要因素是军龄、独生子女。%Objective To investigate job burnout difference of officers and soldiers stationed in different areas of XinJiang, which provides the theoretical basis to maintain their psychosomatic health.Methods Evaluation was carried out with the Job Burnout Scale for Military Personnel in 1452 officers and soldiers chosen by random cluster sampling method from army stationed in XinJiang. Results Each factor score of the job burnout of the officers and soldiers stationed in the city was significantly lower than that of in southern and Northern soldiers (P﹤0.01). The self evaluation factor score of southern officers and soldiers was significantly higher than that of northern officers and soldiers (P﹤0.05), interpersonal factor score was significantly lower than the northern officers and soldiers (P﹤0.01). The result of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the length of military service and only one-child were both influencing factors for the occupation burnout of officers and soldiers stationed in different areas of Xinjiang, and the both influencing factors took up 19.0% in the total of variation factors.Conclusions Degree of job burnout was lower in soldiers stationed in city. Length of military service and only child were important factors affecting job burnout of soldiers in different regions in Xinjiang.
