食管鳞癌中转录信号传导子与激活子3活化及其表达的意义

         

摘要

目的 探讨转录信号传导子与激活子3(STAT3)、磷酸化STAT3(p-STAT3)及STAT3 mRNA表达在食管鳞癌中的可能作用.方法 采用免疫组化和原位杂交方法检测60例食管鳞癌组织中STAT3、p-STAT3在蛋白及mRNA水平的表达情况,并与正常食管黏膜组40例进行比较.结果 食管鳞癌组组织中STAT3、p-STAT3蛋白和STAT3 mRNA的表达均明显高于正常食管黏膜组(P<0.01);随着细胞的不断活化STAT3呈高表达,STAT3蛋白与p-STAT3蛋白表达具有一致性(r=0.735,P<0.05);STAT3蛋白与STAT3 mRNA的表达存在一致性(r=0.564,P<0.05).结论 STAT3的持续性活化可能在食管鳞癌发生过程中起一定的作用.%Objective To explore the possibility role of STAT3 , phosphorylation STAT3 ( p-STAT3 ) and STAT3 mR-NA expression in esophageal squmous cell carcinoma. Methods Detected the tissues in 60 cases of esophageal squmous cell carcinoma with STAT3, p-STAT3 in protein and mRNA expression levels by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization, then compared with 40 cases of normal esophageal mucosa. Results The STAT3 protein, p-STAT3 protein, STAT3 mRNA expression were all significantly higher in esophageal squmous cell carcinoma than those of the normal esophageal mucosa ( P < 0. 01 ). Along with the activation of cells the STAT3 was highly expressed. The expression of STAT3 protein and p-STAT3 protein were consistency ( r =0. 735, P <0. 05 ), the similar to the expression of STAT3 protein and STAT3 mRNA ( r = 0. 564, P <0.05 ). Conclusion It validated that the sustainability of STAT3 activation may play a role in the pathological change of esophageal squmous cell carcinoma.
