The comments concerning the present status,especially the major unresolved problems,of the genetic analysis and molecular biology research of the diabetes and related complex diseases in this review were given.The comments provide some possible solution strategies and suggestions,and explore the further developmental trends in this field.%本文评述了糖尿病等复杂性状疾病分子遗传学与分子生物学研究的现状和存在的主要问题,提出了一些解决的对策和建议,并展望了其未来发展趋势.
