微信群管理糖尿病患者的短期观察

摘要

Objective To explore the value of WeChat in the management of patients with diabetes. Methods A total of 115 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups:control group and experimental group. The two groups received routine education. Besides,the experimental group joined in the diabetic WeChat group. Blood glucose and blood lipid were detected at baseline and after 3 months’follow up. Questionnaires such as Summary of diabetes self-care activities (SDSCA), Diabetes knowledge test (DKT)and the rate of hypoglycemia were fulfilled. Results There were no significant differences in metabolic indexes and questionnaire scores of the two groups at baseline (P >0.05). The metabolic indexes,SDSCA and DKT scores were significantly better in experimental group than in control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01);The frequency of hypoglycemia in the two groups were slightly increased but had no significant difference (P <0.05). Correlation analysis showed that SDSCA score was negatively associated with FPG,2 hPG,HbA1C ,TG,TC,LDL-C,and positively associated with DKT and HDL-C(P<0.05 or P<0.01)SDSCA score was not associated with BP and BMI (P >0.05). Conclusion WeChat can improve the health education effect and the level of patient’s self-management.It is a reliable interaction platform for doctors and patients.%目的：探索利用微信群管理糖尿病患者的价值。方法选择115例 T2DM 患者随机分成对照组和试验组。两组均予常规教育，试验组在对照组的基础上再加入糖尿病医患微信群。监测两组观察前及观察3个月后血糖、血脂等代谢指标；行糖尿病自我管理量表（SDSCA）、糖尿病知识测评（DKT）及低血糖发生率等问卷调查。结果观察前两组代谢指标、各项问卷评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。观察后试验组代谢指标、SDSCA、DKT 评分优于对照组（P ＜0．05或 P ＜0．01）；两组低血糖发生频率均稍上升，但差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。相关分析显示，SDSCA 总分与 FPG、2 hPG、HbA1 c、TG、TC、LDL-C 呈负相关（P＜0．01），与 DKT、HDL-C 呈正相关（P ＜0．05或 P ＜0．01），与血压、BMI 无明显相关性（P＞0．05）。结论医患微信群能提高健康教育效果，改善患者自我管理水平，是一个可靠的医患互动平台。
