非免疫缺陷成人重症腺病毒肺炎研究进展

腺病毒肺炎已逐渐成为社区获得性肺炎（CAP）中的重要组成部分。过去认为，重症腺病毒肺炎易发生于儿童及免疫缺陷成人。近年发现，非免疫缺陷成人重症腺病毒肺炎爆发及散发病例逐渐增多，但因相关研究较少，人们对其认识尚不充分。本文主要就非免疫缺陷成人重症腺病毒肺炎的病原学及传播、流行病学、致病机制、临床特点、病原学检测及治疗方面研究进展进行综述，以期得到临床工作者关注，提高诊治水平。%Adenovirus pneumonia is becoming one of the most important parts of community-ac⁃quired pneumonia. Severe adenovirus pneumonia was thought to occur in children and immunocompe⁃tent adults. Outbreaks and sporadic cases of severe adenovirus pneumonia in immunocompetent adults have been reported more recently. However, it has not been studied well because of the limited data. To gain comprehensive attention and enhance the level of diagnosis and treatment, this review will focus on the progress of the severe adenovirus pneumonia in immunocompetent adults regarding the following as⁃pects: etiology, spread, epidemiology, pathogenic mechanisms, clinical characteristics, pathogenic detec⁃tion and treatment.
