目的:评价赤藓糖醇对变异链球菌生物膜结构的影响.方法:分别配制浓度梯度为20、40、60、80 g/L的赤藓糖醇和木糖醇溶液,作用于变异链球菌菌悬液.采用荧光染色技术在激光共聚焦扫描显微镜(CLSM)下观察变异链球菌生物膜厚度和活菌率等,对比赤藓糖醇和木糖醇对变异链球菌生物膜结构的影响.结果:随着赤藓糖醇和木糖醇浓度的增加,变异链球菌生物膜厚度变薄,各层细菌密度降低,细菌之间的粘结性降低,各层活菌百分比减少(P<0.05).结论:赤藓糖醇和木糖醇对变异链球菌生物膜结构影响的作用相似,均对变异链球菌有剂量依赖性抑制作用.%AIM: To study the effects of erythritol and xylitol on the biofilm structure of S. mutans. METHODS:Erythritol and xylitol at 20 g/L,40 g/L,60 g/L and 80 g/L were respectively prepared and used in the culture of S.mutans. The biofilm structure of S.mutans was observed by CLSM. RESULTS:Under the influence of e-rythritol and xylitol increase,the thickness of biofilm was thinner,the density of S.mutans decreased,the cohesiveness of S.mutans decreased,the percentage of vital bacteria decreased in a dose dependent manner. CONCLUSION: E-rythritol and xylitol both have dose-dependent inhibitory effects of S.mutans.
