Objective To evaluate blood pressure control by using standardized treatment of hypertension. Method According to the " National Hypertension Standardized Management" requirements of the implementation of the program,build Archives of 146 cases of hypertensive patients used in clinical evaluation. In accordance with the degree of hazard classification, patients were follow-uped for 12 months. Results After 12 months of standardized management, the rate of the patients'hypertension in awareness, treatment and control rate increased to 100. 00% , 100.00% and 71.89% from 89. 05% ,72. 36% and 5. 62% respectively, before and after management rate differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of standardized management of the hypertension can improve the health awareness of patients with hypertension and improve their lifestyle of patients, also it enhance adherence to treatment and improve the quality of life.%目的 对安徽大学146例高血压患者,利用高血压规范化治疗技术,开展高血压规范化管理,评价其对血压控制的效果.方法 按照“全国高血压规范化管理”实施方案要求,对146例高血压患者建立档案,进行临床评估,根据危险程度,分级随访,随访12个月.结果 经过12个月的规范化管理后,管理对象的高血压知晓率、治疗率、控制率分别由管理前89.05％、72.36％和5.62％,上升为100.00％、100.00％和71.89％,管理前后各率比较均差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 通过实施“高血压规范化管理”,提高了高血压患者的健康意识,有效改善了其不良生活方式,增强了治疗的依从性,有效控制了血压水平.
