Objective To evaluate the value of modified 2-vessel occlusion method (2 - VO) + SNP depres-surization production for establishing vascular dementia ( Vasculardementia,VD) rat model. Methods Bilateral common carotid artery occlusion for 20 min,reperfusion l0min for 3 times continuously, while SNP Buck. Results 2 -VO + SNP depressurization animal model of vascular dementia produced high survival rate with obvious hippocampal neurons injury and abnormal behavior. Conclusion Modified 2V0 + SNP depressurization is the ideal method of vascular dementia model.%目的 采用改良2-血管阻断法(2-VO)+硝普钠降压法制作血管性痴呆(VD)大鼠模型.方法 夹闭双侧的颈总动脉20 min后,复灌10 min,连续3次,同时硝普钠降压.结果 2-VO+硝普钠降压法制作VD模型动物存活率高,海马神经元损伤明显,行为学异常.结论 改良2VO+硝普钠降压法是制作大鼠血管性痴呆模型的理想方法之一.
