强直性脊柱炎患者血小板参数和外周血 B、T 淋巴细胞衰减因子及调节性 T 细胞变化

摘要

Objective To observe the changes of platelet parameters,BTLA and Treg in peripheral blood in pa-tients with ankylosing spondylitis.Methods Sixty patients with ankylosing spondylitis were slected.Biochemical analy-zer was used to measured platelet parameters and other laboratory parameters,using flow cytometry to determinate BTLA and Treg expression in peripheral blood.The platelet parameters changes and the correlate with other parameters were observed.Result PLT,PCT of ankylosing spondylitis patients were increased.Compared with normal control,BTLA and Treg expressing of AS patients were reduced significantly.Compared with BTLA normal group,PLT and PCT of AS pa-tients were increased in BTLA abnormal group.Compared with Treg normal group,PLT and PCT of AS patients were in-creased and MPV reduced significantly in BTLA abnormal group(P <0.05 or P <0.01).The platelet parameters and BTLA,Treg were correlated with C3,hs-CRP,IGG(P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusion The platelet parameters abm-ormalities maybe related to the imbalance of BTLA and Treg expression in patients with ankylosing spondylitis.%目的：观察强直性脊柱炎（AS）患者血小板参数的变化及外周血 B、T 淋巴细胞衰减因子（BTLA）、调节性 T 细胞（Treg）的表达。方法选取60例 AS 患者，检测患者血小板参数，采用流式细胞术检测外周血BTLA及 Treg 的表达，观察 AS 患者血小板变化及其影响因素。结果AS 患者存在血小板参数异常变化，表现为PLT、PCT 的升高。与正常组比较，AS 患者外周血 BTLA 及 Treg 的表达降低；与 BTLA 正常者比较，BTLA 异常组血小板参数 PLT、PCT 升高；与 Treg 正常者比较，Treg 异常者血小板参数 PLT、PCT 升高，MPV 降低（P ＜0．05 or P ＜0．01）。血小板参数与 BTLA、Treg 及 C3、hs －CRP、IGG 存在一定相关性（P ＜0．05 or P ＜0．01）。结论AS患者外周血 BTLA、Treg 表达降低可能是引起血小板参数异常的原因。
