子宫内膜癌中SIRT1和Survivin的表达及意义

Purpose To investigate the expression of SIRT1 and Survivin and their association with clinicopathologic features in endometrial carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was earned out to examine the expression of SIRTI and Survivin in 95 cases of endometrial carcinoma and 40 cases of normal endometrial specimens. The clinicopathological features of patients with endometrial carcinoma were analysed. Results Expression of SIRTI and Survivin was significantly increased in endometrial carcinoma tissues compared to normal endometrium ( P < 0. 05 ). The expression of SIRTI and Survivin was closely associated with clinical stage and histolog-ical grade. Conclusions SIRTI and Survivin may involved in tumorigenesis and proliferation of endometrial carcinoma. SIRTI and Survivin may be a marker for adjudging the malignant and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.%目的 观察子宫内膜癌中沉默信息调节因子1(sirtuin type 1,SIRT1)和Survivin的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系.方法 应用免疫组化EnVision两步法检测95例子宫内膜癌、40例正常子宫内膜组织中SIRT1和Survivin的表达情况,并结合临床病理特征进行分析.结果 子宫内膜癌中SIRT1的阳性率为83.2%,高于正常子宫内膜的阳性率17.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=52.480,P<0.001);Survivin的阳性率85.3%高于正常子宫内膜22.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=49.897,P<0.001).SIRT1和Survivin均与临床分期及分化程度有关.结论 SIRT1和Survivin参与子宫内膜癌的形成和增殖,并可能成为判断肿瘤恶性程度及预后的指标.
