急性假体周围感染清创方法及抗生素策略

摘要

假体周围感染(periprosthetic joint infection, PJI)是人工关节置换术后的灾难性并发症.近年来,采用清创及抗生素治疗急性PJI成为普遍共识.但对手术方式及抗生素选用的认识仍不够深入.本文对假体清创的手术时机、手术指征、具体手术方式和细节以及清创术后抗生素的选用进行综述,为临床PJI治疗提供依据和参考.%Periprosthetic joint infection (PJI) is a catastrophic complication after joint replacement surgery. In recent years, debridement and antibiotic treatment for acute PJI have become a general consensus. But the understanding of most of the surgery methods and the selection of antibiotics is still not in depth. This article summarized the operation time, surgical in-dications, specific operative methods and details, and the selection of antibiotics after debridement, so as to provide referenc-es for clinical treatment.
