Objective:To investigate the prevention and cure effects of herba lamiophlomis on Freund' s adjuvantinduced arthritis in rats.Methods:The arthritis model in rat was established,and the effects of herba lamiophlomis were studied.Results:Preventive administration,the herba lamiophlomis could reduce rat's right paw (injected side) swelling,the other side paw swelling was inhibited,too.Compared with the rats of model group,the difference of rat' s paw volume has significance (P < 0.05).The adjuvant-induced arthritis in rats was estimated based on a comprehensive marking on the 19th day.The difference of score between the herba lamiophlomis group and the model group has significance(P < 0.01).Therapeutic administration,the herba lamiophlomis could reduce rat' s left paw swelling obviously.Conclusion:Herba lamiophlomis can inhibit the formation of primary and secondary arthritis,and the therapeutic effect on secondary arthritis is significant.These effects maybe related to the inhibition of PGE2 release from the inflammatory tissue.%目的:观察独一味对大鼠佐剂性关节炎的防治作用.方法:用完全弗氏佐剂制作大鼠关节炎模型,观察独一味的影响.结果:独一味预防给药可减轻大鼠致炎侧足肿胀,也能抑制对侧足肿胀.与模型组比较,足客积差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).致炎第19天大鼠关节炎综合评分,独一味组和模型组差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),独一味治疗性给药可使大鼠致炎对侧足的肿胀明显减轻.结论:独一味能明显抑制大鼠佐剂性关节炎原发病变和继发病变的形成,对继发病变有较显著的治疗效果,其减轻肿胀的作用可能与抑制炎性组织PGE2的释放有关.
