姜良铎应用角药治疗肺间质纤维化用药规律探讨

摘要

角药配伍就是3味药的组合.角药思想是建立在从状态论治的临证思维下,合理把握整体状态,根据宏观与微观、大系统与子系统的动态病理变化,针对不同层次的状态选用多个由3味药物组成的组合进行诊疗的组方规则.姜良铎教授在治疗肺间质纤维化时常采用贝母、知母、黄芪,白果、海蛤壳、黄精,黄精、水蛭、紫菀,赤芍、栝楼、紫河车,山萸肉、紫河车、生麦芽等角药组合,以补益肺肾、活血化瘀、祛痰止咳平喘,并取得显著效果.%Angular drug compatibility,is the combination of three drugs.The thought of angular drugs is based on the State discrimination theory,which grasp of the overall state reasonablely.Combination of three drugs were selected for treatment,which focus on different levels of the state,according to the dynamic pathological changes of macro and micro,large systems and subsystems.Angular drugs,such as:The bulb of fritillary,rhizoma anemarrhenae,Radix Ast;ginkgo biloba,Meretrix Meretrix,Polygonatum sibiricum Red,Polygonatum sibiricum Red,Hirud,Aster tataricus Linn;Paeoniae,Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim,Placenta Hominis;Fructus Corni 、Placenta Hominis、Raw maetc whith,were widely used in the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis by Professor JIANG Liang-duo.They have the effects of invigorating lung and kidney,promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm,which had achieved remarkable results in clinical.
