施杞另辟蹊径论治膝骨关节炎——“少阳主骨”辨析

摘要

施杞在提出从肝肾论治膝骨关节炎学术思想的基础上,对“少阳主骨”理论进行辨析,发现“骨繇”可能是世界上对于膝骨关节炎最早的论述,同时将石氏伤科精髓与“和”法相结合,并从症状、病机两方面认识膝骨关节炎以及运用圣愈汤分期论治膝骨关节炎,进一步提出运用“少阳主骨”理论治疗膝骨关节炎的新观点,制定了和解少阳、调和气血、以衡为期的治疗大法.故从“少阳主骨”理论辨析出发总结施杞学术思想,希望为骨伤内治理论的进一步拓展抛砖引玉.%Basing on the academic ideology of treating knee osteoarthritis (KOA) from liver and kidney,Prof.Shi discriminated ‘ Shaoyang in charge of bone’ theory and found that ‘ Guyao’ may be the first discussion on KOA in the world.Meanwhile,he combined the essence of SHI traumatology with ‘harmonization’ method,and applying Sheng-Yu decoction to treat KOA by understanding KOA from symptoms and pathogenesis.Further,Prof.SHI put forward a new view of treating KOA by using the theory of ‘ Shaoyang in charge of bone’.The treatment rules he made is as follows:reconciling Shaoyang,regulating qi-blood and achieving balance.This paper will analyze the theory of ‘ Shaoyang in charge of bone’ and summarize Prof.Shi's academic thoughts.We hope to expand the internal treatment of orthopedics.
