王祖龙治疗良性前列腺增生症用药经验分析

摘要

目的:分析整理王祖龙教授治疗良性前列腺增生症用药经验.方法:收集王祖龙教授治疗的263例良性前列腺增生症患者资料,采用频率、频数以及指标聚类分析方法进行分析研究.结果:常用28味药使用频率＞10％,聚类分析法将药物聚为补肾、健脾益气、理气、活血化瘀、清热、利湿、通络7大类.结论:在中医审证基础上,王祖龙巧妙地运用补肾、健脾益气、理气、活血化瘀、清热、利湿、通络类药物治疗良性前列腺增生症,以脾虚、肾虚为主者当用补脾益肾之法以固其本,以膀胱湿热、肝气郁结、浊瘀阻滞为主者当用清利湿热、理气活血通络之法以治其标,标本兼治,效如桴鼓.%Objective:Analyze medication experiences of Professor WANG Zu-long in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:A total of 263 benign prostatic hyperplasia cases treated by Prof.WANG Zu-long were collected.Frequency and index clustering analysis method were used in the processing of patient data.Results:The using frequency of 28 types of drugs is more than 10％.And the clustering analysis classified drugs into seven categories,which were the kidney tonification,spleen tonificafion and Qi tonification,Qi regulation,blood-activation,heat reducing,dampness reducing,and collateral-regulation.Conclusion:Based on Prof.WANG's syndrome differentiation,the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia can be use the medicines of kidney tonification,spleen tonification and Qi tonification,Qi regulation,blood-activation,heat reducing,dampness reducing,and collateral-regulation.To spleen,kidney deficiency,the method with tonifying the spleen and kidney should be used to consolidate its fundamental.To bladder damp-heat,liver Qi stagnation,phlegm stagnation,the method with reducing heat and dampness,managing qi and activating blood,dredging collaterals should be used to relieve its secondary.Treating both fundamental and secondary of BPH.with good effects.
