耳鸣与脾胃的相关性研究

摘要

Objective:Exploring the correlation of pathogenesis of tinnitus with spleen-stomach in order to provide clinical data for the etiology and pathogenesis of tinnitus research.Methods:It is a random survey of 200 cases of patients with tinnitus which consisting of history of spleen-stomach diseases and living habits.To assess the function of spleenstomach by the application of spleen-stomach system disease PRO scale,then compared them with healthy adults.Results:Tinnitus patients that existing spleen-stomach organic diseases accounted for 52.5％.Compared with healthy adults,the spleen-stomach function average integral increases significantly.The spleen-stomach function integration has associated with tinnitus severity.88.5％ of patients like greasy and strong flavor,87.5％ of them like cold food and 80.00％ of the patients have sleep problems before the occurrence of tinnitus.66.5 patients have pressure.Conclusion:Improper diet,or sleep disorders and stress leading to dysfunctions of spleen-stomach which may be one of the important etiology and pathogenesis of tinnitus.It is worthy that treating tinnitus from regulating the spleen-stomach.%目的:探讨耳鸣的发病与脾胃的相关性,为研究耳鸣的病因病机提供临床资料.方法:随机对200例耳鸣患者的脾胃系疾病患病情况及生活习惯进行调查,应用脾胃系疾病PRO量表评估患者的脾胃功能并与健康成人进行对照.结果:耳鸣患者同时患有脾胃系器质性疾病者占52.5％,其脾胃功能平均得分与健康成人比较明显升高,且脾胃功能得分与耳鸣的严重程度有关.88.5％的患者嗜食肥甘厚腻,87.5％的患者嗜食生冷寒凉食物,80％的患者存在睡眠障碍,66.5的患者存在压力.结论:饮食不节、睡眠障碍、压力过大导致脾胃功能失调可能是耳鸣重要的病因病机之一,从调理脾胃入手治疗耳鸣值得重视.
