加味黄芪赤风汤对阿霉素大鼠肾脏保护及自噬水平的调控作用

摘要

目的:观察加味黄芪赤风汤对阿霉素肾病大鼠肾脏的保护作用及其对自噬相关蛋白LC3和Beclin-1表达的影响.方法:设立空白、模型、替米沙坦及加味黄芪赤风汤组,光镜下观察肾组织病理学变化,免疫组化法检测FN、LN、LC3和Beclin-1的表达及分布.结果:加味黄芪赤风汤可保护阿霉素肾病大鼠肾脏,显著抑制肾组织中的FN、LN,显著拮抗自噬相关蛋白LC3、Beclin-1的过度表达.结论:加味黄芪赤风汤通过调控自噬水平对阿霉素肾病大鼠肾脏起到保护作用.%Objective:To explore the effect of Modified Huangqi Chifeng Decoction on adriamycin nephrosis(AN) rats and its effect on the expression of LC3 and Beclin-1.Methods:To set up blank、model、Telmisartan and Modified Huangqi Chifeng Decoetion group.The changes of kidney tissue pathology were detected after light microscopy.The localization and distribution of FN、LN、LC3 and Beclin-1 were detected by Immunohistochemical staining.Results:Modified Huangqi Chifeng Decoction can protect kidney tissue pathology,significantly restrain the expression of FN and LN,significantly restrain the expression of the autophagy-related proteins LC3 and Beclin-1.Conclusion:Modified Huangqi Chifeng Decoction can protect kidney tissue pathology through regulating the autophagy level.
