自古黑苔主热盛、主寒极已成共识,且每每见之即为危证.故其临床治疗甚为棘手,其辨治则需加以重视.然而黑苔虽多属病情危重现象,笔者经过多渠道临床观察,黑苔的成因是较为复杂多样的.同时结合临床症状和体征,若见到黑苔并无其他严重症状和体征,即可以视为并非严重,故应正确辨证于黑苔,灵活对待和估计病情.%From the ancient times,black coating on the tongue main hotness,main cold has become a consensus.And every time we see,it is the dangerous syndrome.So its clinical therapy is difficult,and the clinical principle should be paying attention.But although black coating on the tongue are in a critical condition,and via the clinical observation Ⅰ saw through multiple channels,the cause of black coating on the tongue is relatively complicated.At the same time,combined with clinical symptoms and signs,if we see black coating on the tongue with no critical condition,we can consider them as normal.Therefore,only the correct differentiation in black coating,treating and estimating the illness can be flexible.
